We pack as carefully as possible, but once the package leaves our hands, we can't guarantee there will be no damage in shipment due to handling by the shipping company. Please keep in mind that we will not be responsible for such damage. We encourage you to purchase insurance and you can add it to your order by going to the Shipping Insurance link on the main menu and adding it to your cart.

Any damages need to be reported to us within 7 days of receipt. It is very important that you save the box, contents, and all packing material in order to file a claim. USPS may need the above mentioned items in order to process our damage request. USPS may contact you by phone. We will consult with USPS to schedule a pick up for the damaged goods. The box, all packing material and damages must be available to USPS. We are not responsible for any damages if you do not have the box and ALL contents requested available for USPS.

We hope that you are always more than satisfied with your purchase from us, but should you decide you would like to return a product(s) to us for reasons other than shipping damage, it must be within 10 days of receipt. Items will only be accepted after consent from us. Please don’t ask for exceptions. Items must be in their original condition, with no price tags or markings. Be sure that you want your order before submitting the order. Your money will be refunded minus shipping costs once the items are received in the original condition.
